How does Kelzop pricing work?
One flat rate per connected phone: $350 per phone per month. Pay a year upfront and it works out to about $290 per phone a month ($3,480 a year) — roughly 17% less. No message metering, no per-seat fees, no add-ons — the price is just the number of phones you connect.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
Nothing automatic — we never charge a card you didn’t enter. We’ll remind you before day 30. When you’re ready, add a card to continue on the per-phone plan. If you don’t, the trial simply stops.
What counts as a “phone”?
Each Android device (one SIM / number) you connect to Kelzop as a gateway. You’re billed per connected phone and nothing else — seats, teammates, and messages are all included.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Monthly billing is $350 per phone per month. Paying a year upfront brings it down to about $290 per phone a month ($3,480 a year) — roughly 17% less.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Beyond five phones we’ll work out a lower per-phone rate. Tell us how many you need and we’ll put together a simple quote.
Do I need to change my phone numbers?
No. Kelzop runs on the phones and SIMs you already use. Your customers keep texting the same numbers, nothing changes for them.
Do I need new SIMs or carrier plans?
No. Your existing mobile plan does the SMS sending and receiving. Kelzop is the inbox layer on top.
Will my customers see anything different?
No. Replies arrive from the same number they texted. The change is on your side of the conversation, not theirs.
What phones are supported?
Android phones running a recent OS version. iOS is not currently supported. Apple does not allow this gateway pattern.
What happens if a phone goes offline?
The inbox flags the device immediately. Inbound messages queue locally on the phone and sync once it’s back online; outbound messages stay queued in Kelzop until the device returns.
Which countries do you support?
Anywhere mobile SMS works. Because the gateway runs on your own phone, there’s no per-country provisioning, no carrier integration, and no waiting on telcos.
Where is my data stored?
In encrypted cloud storage. Regional hosting is available on request for customers with specific residency needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you support bulk SMS or marketing campaigns?
No, by design. Kelzop is built for two-way support and operations conversations, not blasts.
