Kelzop started with a frustration nobody wanted to admit out loud: most small businesses still run customer SMS through a drawer full of mobile phones. One for sales. One for support. One for the after-hours line. Nobody can see what anyone else has said. Replies get duplicated. Customers get ignored. Conversations vanish when staff change phones.
The “proper” fix is supposed to be moving every business to a short code or virtual number, but that means weeks of provisioning, telco contracts, and asking customers to text somewhere new. For most teams, the cure is more disruptive than the disease.
So we built the alternative. Kelzop turns the phones a business already has into one shared inbox. No carrier deals. No new numbers. No retraining customers. Just the inbox layer the work actually needs.
