1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Kelzop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it.
3. Acceptable use
Kelzop is for two-way conversational SMS. You agree not to use it for unsolicited bulk messaging, marketing campaigns to non-consenting recipients, or any unlawful activity.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the SIMs, mobile plans, devices, and consent posture of the SMS traffic you process through Kelzop.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Kelzop available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
6. Fees and billing
Fees are described on the pricing page or in your order form. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order form or these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the product or by email.
